The 5th annual YALLFest will bring over 70 acclaimed authors to Charleston. YALLFest is the largest and most renowned festival in the country specifically geared toward Young Adult and Middle Grade Literature, with over 5,000 international fans expected to attend. YALLFest has been nationally recognized by the Chicago Tribune, Publisher’s Weekly, Southern Living and Huff Post Teen. Directed by Jonathan Sanchez of Blue Bicycle Books, Charleston’s locally-owned and operated bookstore, YALLFest has a mission to improve literacy through great YA literature. Having been compared to Comic-Con for lovers of YA literature, YALLFest is quickly becoming a highly-anticipated annual event for booklovers of all ages.
