Learn more about astronomy in the low country and the eclipse with fellow amateur astronomers. Telescopes will be set up for safe solar viewing before and after the eclipse.
The eclipse will begin about 2:48PM in the Charleston area, but due to the uniqueness of this event, you should arrive as early as possible. Parks are likely to reach capacity and traffic may be extremely heavy that day.
The event is free but entrance fees to the park may be collected.
