Saturday, July 2
Super Saturday Water Games - Night Heron Park
Make your competitors see stars and stripes with your skills in races, relays and competitions! Enjoy family time in the park while participating in activities that cool you even on the hottest days of summer! Water slides to water sprinklers, there won’t be a dry eye in the house!
2pm-4pm

Kamp Kiawah Kid’s Night Out:Party In The USA!
5:30pm-8:30pm at Night Heron Park
This program is for children that are 3-11 years old. Three cheers for the red, white and blue! Come to kamp and show your American Pride. Enjoy patriotic hat making, taffy pull, water balloon launching and potato sack races!

Sunday, July 3
Fireworks Adult Twilight Paddle
This once a year trip lets you enjoy the fireworks show by water in the peace of the salt marsh. We will wind up the river as the sun sets, and then sit back, relax and let the show take over.Requirements: See Adult Twilight Paddle.

Laser Battle & Hydro Battle
Come experience a game of laser tag like no
other. Laser battle is a cross between laser tag and paint ball. Be ready to battle it out with your buddies. Admission is complimentary. Laser Battle is for ages 8 & up. Hydro Battle is a water tag sport for the younger crowd, ages 4 and up, adults must be present at all times.
1pm - 5pm.

Rick Hubbard’s Red, White & Blue Show and Sundaes
Our fan favorite Rick Hubbard and his famous
kazoo band will perform on Night Heron Park
Stage while you bounce in our jump castle and
build your own ice cream sundaes. Please bring your blankets and beach chairs for seating. Admission is complimentary. Sundaes sold for $5.
6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Monday, July 4
A Day Celebrating America - Loggerhead Bar & Grill
Pool and Beach Services are for Sanctuary Guests Only & Dining is Available For All.
Loggerhead Grill will be hosting an all day
Fourth of July Party. Fun in the sun with lots of activities including, hair braiding, clowns, all day live music, and the famous fireworks show in the evening.
11am-9pm.

Sand Sculpting Contest - Boardwalk #5
Create a “Sandtastic” Sand Sculpture at this
annual event! This year’s themes will be “Most Patriotic” and “Best Overall.” Judging will begin promptly at 2pm. Complimentary.
1pm - 2:30pm.

The Annual Patriotic Bike Parade - Sea Forest Drive at East Beach Village
Bike decorating begins at 4:30pm. Parade start promptly at 5:15pm. Join in on our fun tradition! Patriots of all ages are encouraged to join in the parade on bikes, skates, roller blades, or by foot. Parade
decorations will be available at 4:30pm on Sea Forest Drive near the East Beach Village. The Kiawah Island Fire Department will lead the parade followed by Uncle Sam and Betsy Ross. This year’s route leads participants down Sea Forest Drive, from the East Beach Village and finishes at Night Heron Park, where everyone is invited to join us for our Independence Festival. Complimentary. Bike Parade Road Closures. On July 4, Sea Forest Drive will be closed to thru traffic at the Sea Forest Drive/East Beach Village intersection from 4:30pm until 5:30pm. In addition, residents and guests in Mariners Watch and Windswept villas will experience temporary road delays between 5:15pm - 5:45pm. Independence Festival In The Park - Night Heron Park
Fireworks in the park promptly at 9:15pm.
Let the fun begin! This festival will kick off following the parade at Night Heron Park with many attractions for family and friends to enjoy! Beach music from the Headliners. Festivities include: tye dye, face painting, children’s train, carnival games, and much more! Food and beverage tickets will be on sale at Night Heron Park throughout the day and at the event. Food will be served until 9pm. Menu will include: Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Corndogs, Mac & Cheese, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Shrimp Skewers, Peel & Eat Shrimp, Corn Muffins, Green Beans, Rice, & Watermelon. Food prices range between $5-$15. No coolers please. Fireworks will be held on Night Heron Park’s soccer field at 9:15pm. In the event of inclement weather, fireworks will be displayed on Tuesday, July 5. If your family is biking to the bike parade and festival, we do not encourage biking home after dark. Bikes may be locked up overnight in the park and transportation shuttles are available to the Straw Market in West Beach or the East Beach Conference Center.

Celebrate The Red, White & Blue - Sanctuary Terrace Lawn
Adults, $48; Children, $24
Fireworks held on the beach promptly at 9:30pm. Bring your family and friends to celebrate America’s Independence on the scenic oceanfront Terrace Lawn at The Sanctuary. Indulge in fantastic festive food and classic drinks while enjoying our All American Band, Children will be able to participate in our fun filled activities that will be provided leading up to the fireworks held on the beach promptly at
9:30pm. All are invited to join Uncle Sam and
all the evening events. Reservations required.

Teen Night: IndepenDANCE - Night Heron Park
9:30pm - 11pm
Put your hands in the air! There’s no better way to celebrate the holiday than to have a dance. Get on the floor while our DJ plays your favorite songs. Teens are able to meet at the Night Heron Pool Deck for a poolside dance party immediately following the Night Heron Park Fireworks shoot.
