This year, the Charleston Restaurant Foundation, Inc. has continued their partnership with the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) to present the Taste: Iron Chef. We are excited to host the Iron Chef at the newly renovated Charleston Gaillard Center.
The event showcases some of the Charleston’s best local chefs with an affiliation to the SCHA teaming up with local chefs with the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association. There will be two teams (one team will consist of a hospital chef & a restaurant chef) battling it out to see who can produce the best dishes including the secret ingredient.
Guests will view the competition while enjoying beer, wine and heavy hors d’oeuvres all while being entertained with some special folks!
