Pirate stories, monster games and haunted train rides will ooze from the swamp during the 8th Annual Family Fright Nights at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens.
The hair-raising affair starts at 6 p.m. on Oct. 21-22 and Oct. 28-29. Heart beats will return to normal around 10 p.m.
Tickets at the gate are $10 per person or $40 for a car of up to five passengers. Admission is free for Magnolia’s annual members. Activities are included in the admission price. Concessions will be available for an additional charge.
Activities include haunted train rides, Mad Scientist Lab, hay-bale maze, pony rides, big hay mountain, face painting, story-telling, crafts, children’s games, family photo booth, costume contest and more. Activities vary by night.
The gates will be open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Annual passes to Magnolia Gardens will be awarded for the best boy's and girl's costumes each night.
