Creating A Better Way to Learn Benefit Gala

Catesby Commemorative Trust (CCT) supporters are invited to the newly renovated Gibbes Museum of Art November 3 for a benefit gala, the goal of which is to help maintain the Trust's participation in a new educational project, entitled Creating a Better Way to Learn.

CCT is working actively with the School of Education at the College of Charleston, SCETV, and curriculum specialists at the Charleston County School District on this program, developing lesson plans and innovative tools that will improve the learning experience for students across South Carolina and beyond.

The gala includes cocktails, heavy hors d'oeuvres and catered small plate selections, silent and live auctions (conducted by Tom Crawford) and keynote comments by College of Charleston Dean Frances Welch.
