Big Billy's Burger Joint and Holy City Brewing are teaming up to bring you a Burgers and Brews Beer Dinner.

Join us on Thursday, September 29th, 2016 from 6:30pm-8:30pm for our Burgers and Brews Beer Dinner featuring Holy City Brewing and a distinctively unique, four course menu. There will be raffles, giveaways, and live music as well. Every guest will receive a $10 gift card, pint glass and a koozie.

Chef Chris Sims has created a delectable menu with a variety of rich, locally sourced ingredients including local shrimp, duck and three gates cattle company beef.

Every course will be flawlessly paired with Holy City Brewing's first class craft beers and personally presented by Chef Chris Sims and Holy City's Head Brewer, Chris Brown.

Reception. Washout Wheat/ Assorted Snacks On The Bar To Include Homemade Pretzels With Chipotle Raspberry Mustard/ Jalapeno Pimento Cheese Dip With Pita Chips/ Assorted Homemade Pickled Vegetables

1st Course. Casco Viejo/ Jerk Shrimp Taco With Shredded Cabbage, Mango Jalapeno Salsa , Cheddar-Jack Cheese And Chipotle Aioli Served With Sweet Potato Hash

2nd Course. Paradise IPA/ Miniature 3 Gates Patty Melt Served On Marble Rye Bread From Saffron Bakery, Grilled Mushrooms And Onions, Swiss Cheese And Homemade 1000 Island Dressing

3rd Course. Midnight Oscar Red Wine Barrel Aged/ Blackened Duck Slider With Mixed Greens, Roma Tomato, Basil Aioli And Truffle Parmesan Fingerling Potato
