March Travel Guide to Charleston

This March, we’ll be browsing exquisite artwork at the Ella W. Richardson Fine Art Gallery, watching high-fashion looks from local, emerging designers rock the runway at Charleston Fashion Week, and getting swept away by Charleston’s horticulture scene at Historic Charleston Foundation’s Festival of Houses & Gardens. We’ve purchased our tickets (and prepared our taste buds) for the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, made reservations at Charleston Crab House in celebration of National Crabmeat Day, and can hardly wait to shuck and slurp our way through endless oysters at Charleston World Heritage Coalition’s Oyster Roast. As if our calendars weren’t already brimming with scheduled events, we’re saving the date for CSO Pops: Country Legends, the NEEDTOBREATHE Classic Golf Tournament, and a trip to Middleton Place for the Easter Eggstravaganza. Come on; spring to Charleston this March!
